Caffe Ritazza - Salisbury Railway Station

Very friendly staff.

The hot chocolate I ordered was tasteless, I put 4 or more sugar and still didn't taste right, goin to spend my 1h30 train journey with an undrinkable drink in my hand. Just drinked a few sips so I could eat my sausage roll that was dry as hell 😩😭 what a waste £7

I went in to look for a snack and hot drink. I got a tea and then decided on two chocolate bars, which were in a deal 2 for £1.80.
I wasn't very clear what drinks etc were included in meal deal so I didn't opt for this.

I am a bus driver, and I get a coffee every morning. The young lady Mai alway has a welcoming smile and makes a lovely coffee. Mai is someone that brightens your day

The hot chocolate was lovely, and James was wonderfully hospitable.

My journey to Exeter was annoying broken at Salisbury to catch a different train due to limited staff. No trolley service but the ladies in the cafe at Salisbury station were super. Friendly helpful efficient. They coped with the influx of customers perfectly with a warm welcome, sense of humour and the feeling that they wanted to make things better for us. I really appreciated that. They have a bit of the war time spirit about them. Cold and hungry passengers needing something warm & tasty. They provided that. I think they are super. Please let them know. After a challenging couple of days in my life they really cheered me up and sent me on my way feeling nourished and fulfilled in every sense.

The man serving was rather humourless, which was a shame. However, the flat white coffee that he made was delicious; so good, in fact, that I had to go back for a second one.

My experience was splendid when i walked in ths staff approached me very kindly:i felt appreciated. I will definitely come to this store again.Excellent customer service
