..Its a nice place but......popping in for a friday afternoon family drinks session- seems the bar staff can ignore you completely because one group needs cocktails pronto- staff taking over seems its fine to get themselves a drink behind bar then go outside ignoring customers to phone stare....we gave them five minutes then told them we were off elsewhere......
Pretty poor customer service overall....🙁

We visited for a late night drink.It had a nice atmosphere with an acoustic guitar and singer. The choice of drinks were great and well priced.

Fantastic food, great service only negatives music from downstairs drowned music upstairs (it is what it is) however very quiet on a Friday night! People need to get off their bums and support cause when it's gone it's gone. Well done to all staff 👏

Rude, impatient staff. Had a lovely meal at Joel’s upstairs (separate business which I’d give 5 stars to), decided to pop into the Glasshouse for one after. Walked into one staff member propping up the bar, the other asking what we wanted, I said just going to have a look at cocktail menu, guy sat down then immediately asked what we wanted again before we even had chance to look at menu, then started rolling his eyes at the guy behind the bar, then did the same again within 30 seconds making us feel uncomfortable, so I told them to stick it and walked out. Shame as they had live music starting, no wonder it’s dead in there!

Staff friendly, food very nice indeed, good choices to choose from the menu.
Only one little issue was tht the tables were very sticky as if they needed a proper good clean dwn

Great atmosphere, with good music, and friendly staff.
We ate upstairs too, and that was a very high standard of food.

Called in on a Saturday night. Busy but got seats. Good vibe with entertainment and really good fun. Will be going back again as soon as I can.

Whilst visiting the area, we popped in on the off chance of a table. We are so glad we did. The staff were very friendly and sorted us a table. There was a great choice on the menu. Plenty of starters, small plates and main meals. The burgers we ordered were fab. Full of flavour and a good size. The beef patty was not overcooked too which meant it was juicy and so tasty. The food and service was really good. Worth a visit
