Oakfield Farm

We visited on a Saturday morning for breakfast. They were busy so you need to book a table before going. The staff were friendly and service was good. The menu had a good choice of food. Plus lots of cakes to choose from. There is also a lovely farm shop and a riding school on site. Will visit again thank you

Lovely place. Well equipped Farm Shop with butchers serving up some great looking meat, a fresh veg section, bread and flour area, and hot food. Try the Scotch egg which is pretty good and slightly different.

Restaurant is very nice with an outside and inside seating area which overlooks the riding school area. Breakfast was very nice albeit a little stingey with the one slice of bacon. Paid an extra £ for the Black pudding too, so for 8.95 the portion was a little one.

Staff are friendly, restaurant is clean selection of food and presentation are excellent.
Car parking is plentiful with a little walk to the restaurant.

Have earmarked the butchers for Christmas Dinner shopping list.

Discovered this lovely place by chance and were pleasantly surprised. To be able to have lunch outside, overlooking green fields is a lovely experience. My hubby had the ham and eggs with rustic fries and I had their delicious burger with extras cheese, served with a tasty salad and rustic fries. We had a banana and vanilla milkshakes which were delicious. Definitely recommended.

Pies and coleslaw from deli counter are gorgeous. And the meat well!! Best Lamb chops I've ever had and the pork as well. And the Butcher's will do anything for you and so lovely just like the rest of the staff.

Food was absolutely amazing! We love our food and we ordered poached eggs on toast with bacon, full English and smoked salmon on bagels. The eggs was absolutely insane, so runny and fresh. Every item was cooked beautifully. The dining area is beautifully decorated with a rustic feel, fits perfectly with the barn it’s situated in. The farm shop is very good value and the smoked Red Leicester cheese is definitely worth purchasing!

They were VERY busy today but the staff were wonderful and squeezed us in for an hour of coffee and cake! Everyone is always helpful in the cafe and in the shop. Love visiting here

Love this place go most weeks for breakfast. The food and service is always excellent. Buy all my meat From the farm shop as well as home made pies and quiches. Would highly recommend.

Our first visit, but will not be our last. Excellent selection of fresh produce served by really friendly and helpful people, with a smile on their faces. We did not use the cafe this time, but will next time, as the food looked absolutely delicious and as it was very busy, I think that says it all. A great find, we will make a regular place to shop.
