Nevada Chicken

Order was 30 minutes late and the food was luke warm at a push. Not only myself but my partner and our kids couldn’t finish the food, burgers and chips soggy, chicken tough. The best thing about it was throwing it in the bin. Safe to say we shall not be ordering from there again.

Had bad experience before but I see new staff and exceptional service. Amazing food and very very friendly people. Loved it will go there over and over again as long as I am treated the same way. Keep it up

Food was terrible, burger and wings were soggy and the chips were pre heated in thee microwave as they were also soggy . ordered a coke with the burger meal and it never arrived would not order from them again

Very very disappointed! Ordered on a snowy night so expected delays. We waited a respectable hour until the app we ordered it from said it was out for delivery, we waited another half an hour and rang them for him (the owner!) to say that it was going out for delivery.. A WHOLE HOUR after that, the food arrives, minus the chips and pizzas cold! Offered 30 percent off next time we order.. No thankyou! Weather was not permitting but being lied to about delivery time has caused a lot of distress for our children and ourselves. Late bedtimes and meltdowns and I ended up cooking which was better then the food when It finally did arrive! Avoid this place..

This was my first time at Nevada Chicken but it will definitely not be my last. The menu looks great and the staff are really polite and friendly. I chose the garlic tikka kebab and this was a great choice. I will look forward to trying the rest of the menu. I highly recommend this eatery.

Absolutely by far the worst takeaway in Belper, if not Derbyshire. One star is generous for this dump. First time I ordered, order completely wrong but I thought it was just a mistake. Second time I ordered I was told it would be ready for collection in half an hour. I arrived at the correct time and they hadn’t even started making it. They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me this, instead one of the staff hid behind the counter trying to make my pizza without me noticing. When I asked what he was doing he admitted he hadn’t started my order. I thought I’d give them one final try but the third time was the worst experience out the lot. The Piri Piri chicken was raw and completely inedible. It was pink and the skin was raw. Literally like it had been cut off from a chicken 10 minutes prior and put in a box. The rest of the order was completely wrong, ordered a chicken burger and got a beef burger. Ordered chicken wings and got onion rings.
Absolutely shocking, clearly have no idea what they’re doing and the food is disgusting.
Avoid at all costs. Much safer and reputable takeaways in Belper.

Chicken arrived red and bloody on the middle, chips was undercooked... sent us a wrong drink. Won't be ordering again... such a shame as they seem a nice bunch.

Put a 50% voucher through post, ordered it on their website like instructed then when driver turn up refused the voucher.

Used this place a few times but never again
