Burger King

I’m rating this BK in comparison to other BK’s I’ve had in the US, on bases, and a few other locations abroad, and not strictly as if I’ve never had BK before. I’ve placed an order on Deliveroo on a Tuesday/4ish pm and received my food in 11 mins. I do prefer the BK here and would order from them again if I were craving something it, which is rare to begin with. I find this UK BK less salty, which is a preference.

Had a bad experience so many times from this Burger King. They either give you the wrong food, it arrives freezing cold or they accept your order on UberEats and then the restaurant closes and they just don’t deliver it! Honestly go to the Bury McDonalds, they’re so much more efficient. It’s just a shame because on the odd occasion they get it right, it’s really good. Won’t be ordering in future. I’m guessing there’s bad management/poor training and high staff turnover

Very slow service (I don't go there more than once or twice a year, but my daughter goes regularly & says it's always slow). Fries were excellent (hot, crispy outside, fluffy inside), burgers were good, though the actual burger in the plant-based whopper wasn't a patch on their original veggie whopper from years ago. Sadly instead of merely producing a veggie burger, they (like just about every veggie burger manufacturer/seller these days) seems to think vegetarians & vegans want over-processed fake meat that tastes like plastic & has the texture of a pencil eraser.

Cold food, not very nice, slow service and people who work there just don’t care, women coming to the till and taking a phone call, and constantly on phone, love Burger King but this one isn’t it, it always being empty was the biggest red flag

The food was cold and wrong. The restaurant was freezing it would have been warmer to eat outside. With the prices they charge they could put the heating on.

Shambolic. Freezing cold in store, there's a group of people who have been waiting nearly an hour for a burger. I just received my XL bacon cheese meal after a 50 minute wait and the burger was stone cold. How is that even possible?!

I don't know what has happened to this place because I used to go in there as a rare treat and treat myself to a nice burger and the burgers were always hot and were nice. I went in there a few weeks ago and the burger I got wasn't good. It was warm. I didn't like the look of the bacon on it either. It was like a soggy greyish pinky red colour. Gross. It didn't look like crispy bacon to me. It actually put me off.
The bathrooms weren't as clean as they could be either.
What a difference a year and a half can make.
