Natraj Restaurant

I've just arrived from india and i was looking for gujarati and indian restaurant. The food was very delicious and taste was same as Indian food. I preferred this restaurant for every gujju and indian 😊✌🏻.

Only reason why i'm giving this two stars is because I understand the issues of an independent retailer which this government does not support.

The lady on a Saturday morning refused to serve me a £1.80 on card for an item. I told her that she should not refuse my sale politely and I was going to get cash out. She was very abrupt and rude and said 'you can complain if you want and its not the law and I won't take this transaction' and slammed the item back on the shelf and at this point I felt embarrassed and unwelcome.

If you are the owner you can get around these charges by charging a small transaction fee for each given card, otherwise please don't spread false information.

This review is for Natraj South Harrow. Good food BUT ridiculously bad service. I went on Aug.5th 2022 at lunch time. Place was empty and dirty. One tall guy behind the counter doing something. I asked a couple of questions, he had no idea how to answer them, just grunted. I eventually ordered something and sat and ate. Three other customers came, had some questions, same thing. The bloke behind the counter was completely not interested in working with the customers to help them. Shockingly bad attitude

Very poor customer service at Natraj Rayner's Lane

Samosa wrapped in a paper bag which leaked oil all over the box of Dhokla and Mithai.
No chutneys provided.

Since change of ownership/management it has gone downhill so won't be going again !

I had natraj dinner menue on my son's mandvo on 14th July 22 , the food was so tasty less oily the service I received from Ghnshyam and team at Natraj was out standing each and every guest thorely loved the food thank you look forward to have your service again thank you

I recently stopped by for parathas and a portion of chole. I could see that chole was ordered a lot as there was very little left. I asked if there was enough and they said yes. The person went inside and filled the container for me. I got home and there was literally 5 chickpeas and the rest was all gravy. Utterly disappointed, it was a waste of money and also tasted very spicy. They could have just said they are out of chole.

Spoilt food being sold - shrikand with fungus !!

We always buy our sweet mithai and savoury snacks from here.
Happy with everything.
