I would have given 5 stars only if chicken were piping hot but it wasn’t. I’m not saying it wasn’t delicious but it wasn’t hot enough. Chips were great. Sauces were great. Hygiene up to the standard. Cleanliness to an impressive level. Toilets were clean but hand washing liquid may have ran out but it’s alright, we all get busy during busy hours. Ambiance was good. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I came from neighbouring city all the way to have chicken because they serve the best but it may not have been my lucky day. Overall experience was good. I’d definitely recommend.

Nando's is more or less a tiring franchise chicken restaurant that could use some serious marketing makeover. The whole chicken taste better than it look, the Peri Peri sauce is good but not sure if it's enough to go back for. Hope the senior management will do something to bring some life back to the restaurant before it's too late.

We used QR code on table very easy to use. Great table service. Friendly staff. Good was piping hot, and quality ingredients. 10/10 definitely be back

Excellent chicken, good standard and you know what you’re getting. Not the cheapest but it’s good food. Very quick service.

I rarely write reviews, but I thought this place should be mention. Being a Friday I went to a lot of different restaurants and of course my mistake I didn’t book in advance. By chance I was walking by my car and I noticed it was pretty busy in there. By this point I was starving. Also coming to the reality that every restaurant didn’t really want to accommodate a single diners. However I was greeted by an angel in Air Force ones that took the time and effort to make space for me, despite how busy it was. Even when I walked up to the counter I was greeted by a warm welcoming smile, that even went out of the way to give me good suggestions. The food was exactly what I was hoping for, I was not disappointed. The world can be a lonely place sometimes, but that act of kindness made me really feel valued. Keep doing what you are doing. Nando’s Uk should be proud.

Went away with my boyfriend for a couple of days, we tried Fareham Nando’s as we were new the area but have been to a Nando’s in our county all of the time. Service was nice but orders came out far too quick than it should. We was still eating our starter before they put our mains on our plate. To only realise that they had messed up the order. After they had corrected it I was happy eating my meal. However since eating there I have had nothing but diarrhoea and sickness. I would not recommend this restaurant. Completely ruined my weekend and had to come home early because I was too ill

We love dining here either before or after a trip to the cinema next door. The food is always good, as well as the customer service.
