Enjoyed our stay ,only not bad thing but let's it down the place needs a freshen up, room was cozy 4 poster bed was very comfortable, nice quiet welcoming place , very good

We had a lovely stay here over night, the staff/Owners were helpful and friendly. The room was small but clean and adequate for what we needed. We also eat in the Nepalese restaurant and found the food very tasty and plentiful. The service was spot on and we really like the bar area.

Our stay here was hit and miss… The good parts were the staff who were really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clearly freshly laundered. The breakfast was tasty too. The bad parts were that there was a serious leak in the bathroom that wet the carpet in our room quite badly near the bathroom door. They had tried to cover the stained carpet by tacking down another piece on top, and by putting a child’s rocket mat down. The room was highly scented with a plug in which I can only guess was used to cover the smell of damp. In the draw by the bed was an out of date packaged ham and cheese sandwich from Tesco’s! So as I said hit and miss. I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again

Nice room although the tv doesn’t work and there is no lamp. Rude staff who speak very little English. We were perfectly aware we had to pay for breakfast on top but after the manager made a scene about it infront of the other guests we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome so we ended up going to weatherspoons. £3 for a can of Diet Coke from a multi pack is an outrage in itself but the the aggressive way the manager spoke to my girlfriend and the way he wouldn’t allow her to speak was disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I'm not from Witney but have been here afew times for work in the area and have stayed in the hotel and I can't believe the restaurant isn't packed every night with such amazing food and good service. Love it here

Lovely stay here just loved the lack of sleep in room 11 for the fact there is a macerated toliel above the room so even time some one went to the toliel keeps waking me up at 3am 4 am 6.30 am so if you don't like sleep stay in this room

Not the most upmarket place I've ever stayed but the room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast good and swiftly served, and the team so kind and attentive.
We were made to feel really welcome and when friends we hadn't seen a a while popped by to visit the staff kept the cafe open outside hours to serve them tea. Much appreciated.
