Prezzo Italian Restaurant Lincoln

Lovely family meal. Beautiful setting. Lovely customer service. Food was hot and delicious and the smashed honeycomb cheese cake was amazing.

The restaurant it’s beautiful 🤩 as soon as I got there the service was amazing, the food was delicious so the drinks I couldn’t left without trying the tiramisu perfect end thank you very much to all the staff ♥️

Yesterday we spent two and a half hours in this restaurant. We had to send our food back as it had been waiting on the side for a waitress to collect for approximately five minutes so it was luke warm on arrival. This was, as the manager confirmed, after waiting for our main courses after 'one hour and twenty six minutes' from ordering our drinks. Luckily we had some starters in that time too. The manager implied we were lying as the food hadn't been waiting that long - she even suggested she would check on CCTV. We were very close to walking out. This was supposed to be an enjoyable meal with family after a lovely day out in the summer holidays, instead it was stressful and spolit our afternoon. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. The whole experience turned into a joke in the end. Terrible service from a restaurant we have used previously many times. I think we will use the local independents moving forward to support businesses which actually care. Also £14 to £16 for a main meal with little ingredients really is getting to be a joke in these times!

Had a very enjoyable evening, The service was great and food was faultless

Good but not as good as my previous visits. The waitress was ok but took a very long time to bring water as she was waiting for the coffee machine to be free. Food was good but had better previously here, also one of the new dishes was spicy but the menu made no mention of spice/chillies. Coffee was overheated which slightly burns the coffee plus could have done with a little more milk for a latte.

Still wasn't too bad, was hopefully just an off night, I'll still go again.
The calamari starter was fantastic!

Had an excellent meal here, pre booking a table is advisory in my opinion as it was very busy on a Saturday night. The wine list was good but not extensive, and reasonably priced for this kind of restaurant. The food we had was phenomenal. Service was attentive and friendly, we didn't have a dessert as we were too full but I would definitley return here in the future!

Have had multiple visits here and have always enjoyed the food. Even when busy, service has been fantastic. Their risotto is the only dish I’ve been disappointed by- not a lot or flavour in it, but have returned since and enjoyed other parts of their menu that were delicious. Photo is from a 2019 visit.

Came here with my partner for our anniversary. I had an incredible evening here. The staff and service were beyond exemplary. We were never sat waiting for a waiter to take our order or to give us the bill; our drinks came straight after we ordered them; the food was brought to us at a steady pace, not too slow or too fast, perfect to relax and enjoy the evening and to not feel frustrated or rushed. The staff, including the manager were outstanding and took the time to talk to us, asking about our day as well as have a laugh and a joke. The food tasted amazing as always, I had the carbonara. 10/10 for cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant. Prezzo exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. Really made my anniversary.
