Ordered online, pizza arrived before the stated delivery time of 55 mins. Driver was pleasant. Pizza was excellent, soft and plenty of toppings, cheesy chips had loads of cheese and the garlic cheesy bread with pepperoni was good too. Thought it was good value for money and would order from here again. Thanks guys.

It's a takeaway. They make pizza. Pretty good pizza. Excellent flavour options. Also their burgers are some of the best around. And it's really cheap compared to the franchise places.

The only problem for me is their delivery times have been ridiculous in the past (we're talking up to 2 hours), so I don't use them any more - no idea if that's still an issue.

If there was a guaranteed 30 min delivery time, we'd be onto something special.

Our kebabs came 15 minutes after the initial estimate. This is not really an issue, as I appreciate it is a Saturday night and it can get busy. However, one of our meals was missing. I called bearly a minute after the food arrived and was told they realised their mistake and would send it out straight away and it would be with us shortly.
After waiting 35 minutes, I called again, asking for an update on the final meal. Before I could finish my sentence I was cut off with a "yeah, yeah, yeah." and was assured it would be with us shortly. Another 18 minutes went by before the meal arrived, which was also quite cool.

As said previously, I understand it is a Saturday and that mistakes can happen, however delivering the forgotten food 50 minutes after the first food arrived is pushing it slightly; especially since we were assured it would be with us shortly and it is only 0.7 miles from the house (according to Google)

Unfortunately I will not be ordering from this place again, as I am very unhappy with the standard of service. Not only was the last meal late, but the chips were quite hard. I hate leaving reviews like this, but I'm so disappointed. However the kebab meat was decent, but not worth the aggravation.

Best local kebab around. The chicken shish is always cooked just right. And I have it served with salad and chips.
Customer service is very friendly, but the food is spot on and always delivered at a reasonable time.

First time ordering and so impressed the food came earlier than said it would the food was very nice and just as expected credit to the delivery guy as well as he found us straight away and earlier than expected thank you will definitely order again

We ordered the platter which was very disappointing. After opening the spicy chicken wings, bbq chicken wings and the lamb kofte they weren't edible as they were burnt and dried out like they had been pre-cook and reheated. The food was luke warm and the fries were put under all the meat so were soggy. When we went to complain about the food we could see that the food is precooked and then reheated under the pizza oven. Will not be returning very disappointing!

Why do they keep deleting my review on their website? Surely the whole point of reviews is to have positive and negative reviews as people have their own experiences and are allowed their own opinion whether it be good or bad, and I would write a review if I had good food as well but in this case it was very poor. People can then read the reviews and are then able to make a decision whether they choose to eat there.
Wish I could attach a photo of the food we had so people could see that it was inedible.

Genuinely can't figure out why the bad reviews. Some people just love to complain I think, bet they'd never write a review when they have had a good meal or enjoyed their food. Bunch of Karen's. Not only is the food nice but the staff are friendly and very polite too. Any issues they are happy to resolve it.
