New Champagne

Ordered food had it delivered when the driver left opened the bag 2 of the curry sauce containers were split there was curry sauce everywhere inside the bag. We spoke to the person who had taken our order she said she had phoned the driver he said all was delivered ok . So as far as she was concerned that was that and she was not bothered.Will not be ordering again she also said she had no previous complaints but there has been others.

Told a 45mins wait for delivery and 1 hour and 45 mins later still waiting.
Called to complain to be told it's not her fault....
When I'm told 45mins I don't expect to wait a,ridiculous amount of time.
This is the reason I stopped using them last time as the wait for food was extreme.
Go elsewhere,average food and rude staff that will not take responsibility for poor service.
When you order food at 7.30pm you don't expect to be still waiting at 9.15pm with no apology.

Excellent quality food, prepared fast and efficiently. The food here is the best Chinese takeaway I've ever had much better than many of the others in Cardiff. Always tasty, always hot and always consistent in quality. Also has a 5 star hygiene rating.

Giving a 1 star review due to awful customer service. We've been consistently let down by cancelled orders and constantly changing delivery areas. Our order was accepted and then cancelled over an hour later, without a phone call. When we called they told us our address was never in their delivery area. We have had deliveries in the past, so we know this is a lie and felt an excuse because they were busy in a Saturday night. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to be let down at the last minute.

Absolutely delicious. Food came boiling hot , delivery driver was very polite. Food was super tasty and didn't wait a long time. First Chinese since march lockdown is was well worth it ! 🙂

If I could leave a 0 for service I would. The food was nice but before you order it did not state that food would be 1hr 30mins. So we thought it might be earlier or we would just wait for the 1hr 30mins. So when it was 2hrs I rang and they said it was nearly there, turned up after 2hrs and 35 minutes. They could of phoned their customers to advise it was busy or just taken down the service. Nothing was offered or even a discount next time or some money back this. Will not be ordering again and will advise friends and family not to do the same.

3 attempts over several different days on JustEat and all cancelled without reason, one of them was in 4 hours before opening! Impossible to contact.

The menu looked good and well priced but how can I recommend.. please just close if you're unable to accept orders!

Food order was delivered with missing items and spilt food, when I called the woman was rude and said that she’ll send the rest of the order ‘next time’ 🤷‍♀️. I said I wanted it now and she couldn’t give me a time and wouldn’t send a complete order again as half the order would be cold by time the rest turned up. They did turn back up at my door again with missing items and had to call again, she had an attitude and needless to say, I won’t be ordering from this company again!
