We stumbled across this lovely tearoom having Googled a dog friendly cafe. Thank you, Google, it was fabulous.. Not only did we have a lovely cream tea, but there was a free air show as well. Apparently the Ravens practice there most Saturdays. We sat outside. The staff were really friendly. Well worth a visit.

Friends organised a hen party cream tea with Helen, the Owner/Manager. It was perfect! We enjoyed the sandwiches, flans, puff pastries, scones, lemon drizzle cake. It's a great location - bright and sunny with plenty of room to relax. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect. 7 of us plus 3 dogs descended on Amelia’s Tearoom (we had not booked, sorry about that). We were made very welcome by polite staff and sat outside in the pleasant patio area. Food was wonderful and the service second to none. Highly recommend this delightful restaurant.

Brilliant decorated tea room, need to book!! only open until 3pm, food orders stopped at 2,so early lunch it is. Food plentiful, and well presented. Most of the desserts, cakes gone by the time i arrived at 1.45,quite busy. Tea, coffee served up in vintage cups with tea cosy, milk jugs pretty crockery. Seating outside as well. Different gifts to buy as you enter the front of the cafe, supporting local businesses. Celebrating 25yrs the airport, owner showed us before and after photos, really interesting and loads of admiration to the still enthusiastic owner x

I can’t even explain how bad our experience was this weekend. I phoned to book for an afternoon tea on the Tuesday. They got back to me on the Thursday at 10:27 confirming that we were booked in at 13:45 on the Saturday. Whilst on the phone I stated that we had a dietary requirement and asked for no fish. I received another phone call later that Thursday once again at 12:10 and I informed them I had spoken to someone that morning and confirmed that we were booked in for 13:45.

We arrived on the Saturday at 13:40, and a lovely young lady told us there had been a mix up. We were in the diary at a different time and stated our dietary requirements. The place was packed and was told to take a seat whilst they cleared a table. We had no problem with waiting as we were looking forward to our afternoon tea.

After a short time the lady came back and told us our table was ready but there was a wait for the food but we could have drinks. Once again we did not mind. Whilst sat waiting all we could hear was constant apologies to the other customers about how late the food was. I honestly felt bad for the young lady working there, running from one table to the next.

Tea was served and not long later another young lady brought our afternoon tea out. There was salmon sandwiches on the plate, and when I asked is that salmon I was met with a confused look. And was told she would have to ask if it was. She came back and confirmed that it was and offered to take them away.

The afternoon tea was very disappointing there was three sandwiches, two scones, some tiny slithers of cake, a small bowl of stale crisps and a spoon full of jam and cream.

Whilst eating the afternoon tea we had an older lady approach the table with a diary in her hand. Saying we were booked in for 11:45 and I clearly stated we had been told 13:45 twice on the Thursday prior. (They don’t even sound alike). She said she remembered talking to me as it was in her writing and she wrote the dietary requirements down. She also proceeded to tell me she wasn’t meant to be working that day. Like it was my fault they were so busy. After this conversation we instantly did not want to be there, we finished a few items and left.

We had this afternoon tea gifted to us and it’s our second time. The first time was lovely and had no problems at all.

We will definitely NOT be coming back.

I visited this place in July, sorry for late review, my son was at his Formula 4 practice session at the nearby Pembrey race circuit
I walked from the racing circuit in pursuit of making 10k steps 😊 stumbled upon this tearoom which is nearby
Absolutely fantastic, beautiful place, inside and outside. The views are nice, the decorations are very charming, typical country home style, I loved it so much, I ordered 10 take away burgers (handmade patty) for the entire team. Everyone in the team loved the tasty freshly made food. Staff was very helpful, they offered me strawberry milkshake on the house as I was sweating in the heatwave and 5k steps 😆
