Saporito Pizza And Grill House

The pizzas are Amazing they taste fresh and they don't look or taste like they've just put a bit of sauce and cheese on a base they're so good. The kebab meat is lovely to really good quality if that's possible. Only thing I wouldn't go for is the wings, not the best wings in the world but the pizzas certainly make up for it.

Ordered a few times before always lovely food. Was told they were out of Lamb kofte so offered Lamb Shish instead which I accepted and this is what turned up, burnt/tough wouldn't have even fed it to the dog and missing garlic sauce.

Eating some cardboard would've been tastier than this. Long story short after calling back to try and a get a refund on the lamb £7 not the rest of the food the chefs attitude was shocking bare in mind I asked for a refund on the lamb not the the rest of the food.

Hung up on twice by chef, won't be eating again from this food pit avoid.

Got home to find my wife's meal had been missed out and they refused to deliver the order urgently as we were outside their 'delivery' radius. She had to sort her own meal out as we all ate together...really poor. We are literally 5 miles from Killay and you would have thought they would have cared enough to treat a customer fairly. Such a shame, first time for us, the food was great but the service wasn't. Originally gave a 1 Star rating...

So...returned a week later and the staff were very apologetic and we enjoy an extra meal. Tried the wraps this time and (again) food was awesome 👌. Credit where credits due...they redeemed themselves big time.

Been ordering from same place for ages until their customer service was disgusting. Time to try something new, this place looked good so gave it a try and wow food was great speed of delivery was amazing,well worth it, food was so hot when arrived.

I will never have food from here again as long as I have breath in my body
The actual food bill was £25 they charged be £15 for delivery as I live 11 miles away which was bad enough, the delivery driver then told me not to order again as it was too far for him to drive
I then open my meal to find it was wrong, when I rang the shop back the girl that took my order agreed that it was her fault I was then told that there was nothing they could do about it so I asked for a refund and told it wasn’t possible
So I spent £40 and had a bag of food that went in the bin.
All they want here is your money and when they have it they couldn’t care less

Underwhelming. Used to be lovely not so long ago, now it’s like every other kebab shop except more expensive. 👎

The staff are nice and the food always comes warm and in good condition never had any issues

This place delivers what you order. Quality meat every time. Don't pay the same for less elsewhere.
