The Atlantic is under new management.. and what a difference it has made! Food was absolutely beautiful! All fresh produce and locally sourced! Couldn’t fault an absolute thing.. the chef even visited our table and asked if we enjoyed are meal. The portion sizes are amazing. Staff are lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble when we asked. The place is immaculately clean and child friendly! We will definitely be returning.

The best roast dinner I've ever eaten! The beef was so tender & tasted delicious, amazing Yorkshire pudding & vegetables were divine. Brilliant service, lovely warm atmosphere with super entertainment. 5 star, will definitely visit again :)

NIce to see the venue re-opened after a short period. It feels clean, fresh and has an outstanding array of new drinks, ranging from Doom Bar to Thatchers Cloudy Lemonade. Staff were pleasant and keen to serve. Great evening. Thank you to the management.

Came here as our first choice was booked up. Had a really good experience with a super meal and attentive service. Will definitely be back.

This place hasn't long reopened.
I found it welcoming with lovely staff.
The whole place looks clean and fresh, very classy decor.
Food was lovely, not cheap, but not the most expensive in Porthcawl.
I reccomend the Atlantic, for families, celebrations and treats now and again!

Lovely bar and restuarant. Had a fantastic refit. Love coming here on Sundays for a coffee or drink. Food is also fab.

Had been for a long walk up the coastal path and on our way back we took the chance to try the Atlantic as we had no booking.
We were met with a smile and shown to a table, the Sunday menu was still on so we all went for a Sunday roast! It was brought to the table in next to no time looking fantastic, tasted even better even brought out extra veg. Unfortunately the beer I asked for had run out but nothing that a cider couldn't fix. Very nice..
