A wonderful environment overall. The food is absolutely stunning. Whether you live local and pop in or order online the service is fantastic and 100% recommended.

Have been here probably too many times since it opened as they consistently produce stunning food. Staff are very friendly, shop is clean, and I've never had a bad meal or dessert from here. Have recommended to people who have gone on to recommend to their friends too!

Ordered food online at 8pm last night.. Had a phone call at 8:30pm offering me an alternative due to no availability of chicken strips.. Delivery was meant to be made by 8:50pm but then came at 9:30 after a phone call to double check. My wife's chicken stack came with simple instructions of no cheese of which they told me was an employee error even though I clarified this when they called me at 8:30pm and was also printed on the order receipt. They offered to send a fresh one but they close at 10pm so we never would have received it. They were also meant to come and collect the burger and issue a £4 refund which of all things never happened either. Absolutely shambolic and have no customer service skills at all.

I really love the place, this is our go to desert place. It would have been five stars but today they messed my order up. It was meant to be Pearl waffles with crunchie and lotus biscuit but turned out to be bubble waffle and flake. It was still nice, just slightly gutted as pearls are my favourite

Food took over a hour to come & when it did there was cheese missing off both mine & my partners burgers there was bacon missing the onion rings from my burger had to be cooked in the house as they were raw & when we phoned to say they hung up the phone. I'll never go back!!!!

Let's start with the one positive, the butterscotch milkshake was delicious the flavour was very good and one of the best milkshakes I've had, however the new York sub was awful, the mustard was the only thing I could taste and it left an aftertaste that was unpleasant, the inside of the bagguate was soggy, letice included, not pleasant at all. The Ferrero bubble waffle is one of the weirdest combinations I've ever tatsed and I nearly threw up, the waffle was stale and didn't taste fresh, the aftertaste was sickening and truly inedible, I'll come back for a milkshake, nothing else
