Straight talking, and fairly easy to deal with. It's a lesson learned though to not pay this man before all snagging is completed and it's rained a bit, I chased him for months to complete the last of what we had agreed, but gave up. Now I'll pay someone else to refit the gutters they removed and didn't put back properly, and do the cement work they left incomplete.
