Rang to place an order for some roof slates and could not believe the response from the member of staff on the phone. I was told my order could not be placed because I was not spending enough money and that he had customers waiting at the till and therefore my order was not big enough for him to deal with. Absolutley shocking! Needless to say I will be placing my order with another company and I will NEVER recommend this company.
