About Roofing Supplies (Redhill)

Can't thank these guys enough. They have a great range of products at reasonable prices, they delivered dead on time and their customer service (even after sales) was second to no other supplier I've encountered in the building trade.

Very surprised how they treated me, a customer who has paid...
Overall it seems a shabby company with even shabbier customer service (someone actually just hung up on me mid-sentence!). I've gone to their competitor All About Roofing and have received much better service already.

Having had trouble with one supplier whose web site would not allow me to order from my home address for delivery to my son's address in London I found About Roofing Supplies. The real person I spoke to on the phone took my order and the play sand was delivered to the right address and left where it would not cause an obstruction. Full marks.

Had two deliveries of decking sealer this month.

There were certainly some teething issues around initial communication here however, About Roofing have gone above and beyond to resolve this and today we received our order.
This is super high quality and the driver and staff I have spoken with since the initial call have been outstanding.

Will 100% order again

Great service. Helpful when enquiring on the phone and delivered next day. This was especially helpful given the strange times we live in when delivery slots are hard to come by. Thoroughly recommended !

Following my previous negative review, the team at About Roofing Supplies were very responsive and attended site the very next day and removed all of the tiles. Customer Service is still alive it would seem. Thanks Simon and the rest of the team
