Sporting Feet

This wonderful shop is one of Richmond’s hidden gems.
The service was probably the best I have EVER received in a shoe shop.
My podiatrist advised me to change foot wear and Sporting Feet was amongst the stores he recommended.
Being very UN sporty a sports store is a little out of my comfort zone.
However, Jackie was AMAZING, putting me at ease, helping with choices, advice & understanding, she was beyond brilliant.
I bought two pairs of extremely comfortable trainers.
I absolutely recommend this shop 100% .

I stumbled across this shop yesterday in Richmond and what a find. I have been looking for trainers for the last 2 years with no joy. Kelsie gave me a warm welcome and proceeded to help me buy the right trainers for my needs and the best trainer socks I have ever had. She was so knowledgeable and took time to help me make my decision.

I enjoyed shopping from this store. The assistant was very friendly and helpful. They are professional and care about what your need are. I am happy with my new running shoes I bought. Very comfortable . I will shop from them again.

I visited the Richmond branch recently to buy a pair of running shoes. As a woman with size 3 feet and fussy about the colour aswell as comfort it was no mean feat! Michael was incredibly helpful, assessing my running style and gait. Inevitably the trainers I liked the most weren’t in the right colour so Michael took the time to search until he found the perfect pair! I’ve been buying my running shoes and children’s trainers from Sporting Feet for years now and am always delighted with the comfort and fit and how helpful the staff are.

Great running shop in Richmond. Very decent range of shoes and sizes - they must have a huge stockroom as the second time I went the whole shop floor was filled with that morning's delivery. Service was excellent and knowledgeable. They asked a lot of questions and answered mine. It is really important to keep shopping at stores like this as they are a great resource for the running community. They also have a loyalty scheme which is likely to keep me coming back when I next need more shoes.

Excellent shop. I was looking for a pair of either hiking or trail running shoes to use on longer walks and they had an excellent selection of both. Had 1/2 sizes in the ones I was looking at also. Great service - didn't feel rushed at all. Best sport shoe shop think I have ever been in.

Michael and his staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have experienced superb customer service at Sporting Feet. The loyalty discount is appreciated. If only all businesses were run like this one.
