Turned up, ignored for 20 mins whilst I casually browsed for shoes. Tried to get help/advice, failed. Went to ProFeet down the road (by Munster Road) who were friendly, efficient and excellent. will be coming here in the future. They look expensive but sell at RRP. (Last month RN also screeed up girlfriend's order.)
