We love this place... fortunately its only ten miles away from us for a quick gettaway in the motorhome but you deffo need to give it a try...great helpful staff and just a really great campsite thats well looked after with everything you need for a great break with a great pub that serves fantastic food right outside the gate...

Good weekend stay here Good facilities especially if you are under canvas. Found that the hardstanding pitches are on the small side compared to everywhere else.

What horrible member of staff that booked me in. informed me I should of informed them I own a historic vehicle and was using it to camp in. she said don't bother booking again because we aren't welcome it would upset the other campers. On deciding to stay because we wasn't offered a refund on the upfront deposit paid. Every camper on site I spoke to was shocked with the comments of the management one camper even took pictures as her daughter was serving in the military. As we wondered around Clitheroe stall holders and publicans were also shocked with the pompous attitude. More annoying could have stayed at chipping steam fair for free and got a great welcome. So having paid for 4 nights after Sundays excessive noise we left early... Horrible noisy site THANK GOD I'M BARRED BECAUSE I WOULDN'T WANT TO GO BACK

Just had a 2 day stay here in our caravan. Friendly staff, great location (25 min walk into Clitheroe), really good price too. We had a couple of games of pool in the on site games room too which also has a vending machine, big TV, sofas, local information, books and films too. Toilets and showers were spotless. Will definitely be back! 😃

Very clean site, helpful staff, pub on the corner of the site never went into the pub but I'm sure they do food. 10 min walk to the local spar and lovely walks down the river ribble.

We stayed here lots of room to wait if you arrive early. We was welcomed in a friendly manner.The price is far cheaper than the camping & caravan club two mins away. Will be back again to visit clitheroe close by. Thanks again.
