Absolutely gorgeous little oasis, 5 min drive from the centre of Blackpool and 15 from the jewel that is Lytham. Lovely owners, really clean facilities and the lake is beautiful and peaceful with ducks, fish and oodles of butterflies! Stayed with our 17 and 15 year old and we all loved it!

We had a lovely stay here. It's a very nice, quiet, site where we had a pitch looking straight onto the lake, the facilities were good and Mandy was lovely. We found it easily after having a good look at Google map steps before hand and found it an excellent base to explore the surrounding area although we were equally happy to spend time on the site. All in all a very good weekend and we hope to return!

What a lovely relaxing place. Jackie our host was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The site is lovely and clean the pitches are huge. The toilets and shower are super clean and modern. The bus stops and a lovely pub are about 10 minutes walk away . Will definitely return.

U can't beat this cracking site, lovely views from all pitches, fishing lake right on y pitch, smashing bogs & showers (nice & hot in shower), just on edge of Blackpool, bus & trams just short walk, defo worth £22 a night, friendly welcome from owner

Fabulous weekend spent here. Jackie is so friendly and welcoming. The facilities are spotless. Lovely place to relax and chill. Husband caught a few fish so he was happy and Pebbles loved her walks around the lake. Will definitely be back xx

We stayed here in November. We came to see the lights unfortunately my husband was taken ill after a fall. Jackie told us about a walk in health centre so we went and my husband was rushed into hospital. We had booked for 3 nights and this was the third day. I couldn't move the caravan so Jackie let me stay another night and didnt charge me. We had friends with us who looked after my dogs while I was visiting my husband. My friend left after 3 nights and brought her neighbour back the day after to pull our van home. Jackie was so kind and checked in on me. The site is beautiful although we never saw the lights, but we will definately visit again.
