Stayed here for a week. Looked after really well especially as one of the party wasn’t too well on a couple of days. Good clubhouse, wheelchair accessible both inside and out. Gluten free option on the menu. Caravan was clean on arrival and very comfy. The adapted caravan had a wet room which was a great help.

We had a superb short break. The club house food was very good value and the staff were excellent, especially in relation to sharing their knowledge about local topography and things to do. Well situated to get out and about and we had some very good meals locally. Thank you Spencer and the team.

Just returned from a lovely family break here.
Clean and well kept site with great facilities.
Fantastic staff, always greeted us with a smile and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Looking forward to returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Its ok, very tranquil and established. But no great amenities for families, you need to venture out over the long speed humped entrance road. Been in better fitted out caravans.

However, its fairly quiet, value if you like an outdoor pool and are into day trips out.

We used the caravan as a base for visiting family near by so didn't use any of the park facilities or entertainment.
We had an accessible caravan as we had my 94 year old mother in law with us. Caravan seemed very spacious compared to others we have used, the layout was good and sliding doors took up less room. The shower room/wet room was good and she managed well without help.
Staff were lovely and really helpful when a flight delay meant we arrived after 11pm.
Only criticism was the parking/ car access. The caravans opposite were too close and the access road too narrow meaning it was almost impossible to get out of the caravan side parking.... that was with a very small car.

Great little holiday park right on the beach. We had a 3 bedroom caravan which was brand new.
Management and staff were great. Bar and clubhouse was also nice.
Was great for the price paid

It really is an absolute stretch to call this a 'Holiday' Park, far too many units on site are used as residential full time homes. With traffic starting to move around the site from 7.30am and of course returning after 5pm there is substantial noise from passing vehicles heading to and from work.

Dogs are left in caravans whilst people are out leading to a cacophony of dogs barking during the day. Add to that the sound of diggers and works being carried out on the site and it's not a peaceful place to be.

It's an uncomfortable place to walk around during the day (let alone on a night) as those who live here were far from friendly and seemed to have some superiority complex and the opinion they owned the place.

The site itself is a strange mixture of the most flashy expensive double units with expanses of neon and security lit decking areas to the most budget end of single units that don't even include skirting on their caravans and look incredibly cheap. The areas around some of the older caravans are in a sad state with weeds, broken paving slabs and generally poorly maintained surroundings.

Noise from various caravans late on a night when walking the dog ranged from loud music, shouting and tvs that were turned up to maximum volume.

Some of the areas of the park are lit up to the extreme with flood lights where others aren't lit in the slightest. My other half didn't even feel comfortable walking the dog on her own late on a night.

The grass area by the chalets and boat ramp is in a dire state and seems to be the whole parks toileting area for dogs.

We stayed in an Airbnb rental caravan and left 2 nights early, although not the fault of the park, the caravan itself wasn't the cleanest, with a broken and bodged decking step that seemed was going to give way at any moment.

'Lovely static home in a caravan park on the Solent' hosted by Sandy is best avoided if you want a clean place to stay.

I can't comment on the pool or club house as we didn't use these facilities, but the shop on site was handy for a few essentials.

We will not be returning and would advise anyone looking to holiday or buy here to think carefully about doing so.

Lovely site, great views, clean, quiet,
Food service was awful, 1 member of staff needs training in how to treat customers. Very little for children on site. Road into the site annoying.
