Great place for adults and children. Plenty to do and see. The animals and rides make this a lovely day out for all the family. Food also good for money at the diner :)

We stayed in a Lifestyle Lodge, at first look it was lovely, homely, and clean.. later on we began to notice that the attention to detail when cleaning is lacking. Along the edges of floors, behind kettle/toaster were dusty and not clean. The cookers are a different story all together, twice we had someone out to assist with figuring out how it worked as there was no instructions, the guys that came out were very helpful and told us this happens often, maybe something to fix there? also no oven glove to take things out the oven.. seems like an essential thing?? Nor was there dish towels or toilet roll. We were close to the Lesiure centre where there's a swimming pool, gym and sauna. Needing a little refurb! The park itself is brilliant, lots to see and do, beautiful animals and plenty for the kiddie's!

Love this place . Need more than a day to fit it all in but the zoo is amazing and well kept with plenty of room for animals. Lots of rides for all ages and it seems to be a roller coaster riders heaven. Has Rhinos, giraffes, penguins and so many more exotic animals.
Good priced for food and drink with plenty of outlets available to use . Rides are all in great condition and staff are very friendly. Kids will love it . Massive park and is disabled friendly

Went to flamingo land as a family of 5 using a half price family discount code. 3 and unders are free anyway. I'm glad we got half price as I would of been a bit annoyed if I had payed full basically because of height restrictions on some of the rides and also some of the rides being closed. However me and partner have decided we will go on our own one day as the bigger rides look pretty good. We went to the bird show and sea lion show which Last approx 20 mins they were okay learning some facts about the animals and animals doing tricks. All in all a good day but mainly because we got half price.

Was ok but didnt seem to be as many rides as there was before....The Zoo was fun....kids enjoyed their day....and the food prices wernt as high as years ago, took a picnic anyway. Needs more teenage entertaining rides. Not enough for a full day.

Well we went for easter mon to friday and got to say i loved it i wont go park for the day price when you can book this works out so much better as zoo some animal's dont come out till 11 and the talks are all day so if you want to do everything you need more then a day and some rides was shut one day so defo worth it doing a few. The staff in the rep house with the tiger is the most friendly person ive ever met my boy has specail needs and this man come out and got the baby headhog out to show him and spoke to him about the new squirrels they got. He does the talks to so on lemurs talk he was great best person in zoo smiles n friendly on every day. The reception on caravan are nuce to friendly thats what you want. Swimming is great the water wasnt cold like other places so bonus only problem i had was the young lads that work there are to busy talking and picking on kids that look young like my boy went in sauna with me and they come running in asking his age but a older man took a baby in and his daughter and nothing got said so should be same rule 4 all but apart from that its great. The entertainment was funny tiny oh my god shes bonkers so funny. Would defo book again and the supermarket isnt over priced like the food in park so we cooked instead of eating out all time. The chipshop in the park is over priced and not that nice kids was sick from it. But all in all go for the resort its great we went for gold package thanks to the staff.

Park is good. Mixture of children’s rides, and adult rides. Surprised how many rides were offline. Zoo is good. Food is usual microwave/fried stuff, would suggest avoiding the Curry Express takeaway, half portions of watery curry and rice. Metropolis and coach house were fine, and Muddy Duck cafe is Costa so I liked that.

We've been coming here on holiday every year and even when I was a child (I'm 40) it's been part of my memories growing up and now my children's childhood memories, camped mostly but also caravanned. We love the theme park, zoo and swimming pool and the onside shop has everything you could think of, even locally produced farm goods. You've got pickering close by if you want a wander around the charity shops and Malton if you like the history and markets. It's only 40 minutes to drive or bus it to the beach in Scarborough which you'll need a whole for (lemon top ice cream - they're famous for it).
