So this was our first experience in a certified CCC site, they are meant to be small and very scenic or close to a beach or something like that.

We arrived and initially the satnav took us to Burgh Hall which is the site across the road, after giving the site manager a call she was lovely and directed me across the road.

First impressions...tiny little site. A square that can fit approx 7 or 8 campers/caravans, it has both mixed usage, the spacing is pretty nice and a pretty nice space in the middle for the kids to have a kick about or run or what ever.

The shower/ammentity block is really well maintained, was cleaned regularly and has instant hot water at all times of the day, there are 2 showers/toilets each is pretty spacious and has a main light and a vanity light over the mirror.

Next to the wash blocks is the kitchen unit which is enclosed with an open door, has a fridge and freezer both work great, has a sink with both hot and cold water and all the products are available just on top of the sink, was always clean and i saw the owner cleaning regularly.

The drinking water tap is located outside the kitchen block, and the waste pit is in the corner of the field away from everything with its very own hose for ease.

The site is very close to the beach 10 mon drive, literally over the fence is a large horse field filled with really friendly well kept horses, the kids loved this part. Across the road is a playground and swimming pool that you can book and pay for was 4£ for each swimmer.

The customer service was top notch, warm, friendly and just personal really rated the owners for this.

Overall 10 out of 10

Such a beautiful campsite, we had the most amazing holiday. This is our second visit and we would definitely come back.

It's a nice quiet site, only big enough for about 6 vans

2 brand new shower rooms with shower, basin and toilet in each.

Working farm so expect farm traffic

Owners are brilliant, one of the showers broke and they replaced it with a brand new shower the next day, on a sunday. The hot water stopped in the kitchen and the electrician was called out the following day.

The view across the field is beautiful, perfect to see the sunset each night

It's quite rural so expect animal sounds at night

Theres a freezer in the kitchen which anyone can use

Theres a holiday park across the road with a heated swimming pool and a poolside pub area. Sometimes has live music which can be loud but not often.

Its next to a small road but there is no road noise

Very near to the Norfolk Broads, Burgh Castle and Gorleston beach which are all amazing. Highlights are cycling along the broads, going to World of Fish, The Wroxham Waterside Terrace and Jay Jay's Beach Cafe. Great Yarmouth is also very near but it not a very nice place.

All in all a magic place, we loved every minute. Thank you so much for giving us such a lovely holiday, we dont want to go home!!

Nice CS near Great Yarmouth. The pitches were a bit close but there was room for kids to play in the middle. Excellent new shower block. Very helpful and friendly owners.
