Liked: Lovely family fun place stayed last Friday-Sunday we had lovely weather too! Nice clean site very well kept! Kids loved playing in the river, club house we went too on the Friday night, had a really nice night met some lovely people had a few games of pool, free might I add, that’s a rarity, they do basket meals .. but you can go up to the sister site, golf club there is a restaurant you can have a meal, unfortunately they couldn’t get us in as they had a big party and were very busy, the food looked lovely 😊 definitely go back again.

Disliked: Could do with a little site shop ;)

Liked: The site was very clean and well looked after. Facilities clean and very good.
The pitches were very spacious, great park for the children. Everyone on site was friendly.
Lovely club house bar ( when open )
Gorgeous walks near by.
Pub within 5 minute walk.
Tescos and leisure centre with slide within 15 minute drive.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike on this site however I feel it would need more toilets and a little onsite shop would make it a 5*

Liked: Beautiful campsite. Really friendly and everyone welcomed us. The club house was great and the food was excellent! Highly recommended! The showers and toilets are the best we have had on campsites - well maintained and cared for too.

Liked: Very clean, spotless touring caravan site. Water situated at each pitch which makes life easier. Excellent disabled facilities which I have got to use because of my disability. Very friendly site and greeted well. Would definitely recommend this beautiful site. Thanking you for a very enjoyable holiday x

Liked: Nice location, very well kept site, good facilities and within walking distance of the local golf clubhouse (for drinks/meals).

Disliked: The predominance of what appears to be seasonal pitches together with static caravans gave the impression that tourers were of low importance.

Liked: Location is great, very easy to get to from the A483 and is well placed for Welshpool, Newtown and exploring mid Wales. The lovely little town of Montgomery is about 3 miles up the road. The pitches back onto the river Severn so be aware of this if you have young children with you. A public footpath also runs along the river at the back of the pitches. This didn't cause any problems for us. Good clean facilities with a modern toilet and shower block which also has a laundry room and washing up facilities

Disliked: We didn't find anything to put us off returning. The doors on the shower block could do with self closers as some guests seem unable to shut the door behind them.

Liked: Nice riverside location and clean and tidy park. Electric and water on pitch. Golf club next door serves great food

Disliked: Unable to have WiFi or decent tv reception (not the park’s fault) due to location

Liked: Clean toilets and facilities close to the pitch and electric and water easy access

Disliked: Nowhere to eat and the club house was shut. The local pub and golf club were full so we ended up with nowhere to eat. Nowhere would deliver food. We couldn’t find the park for a while as it wasn’t sign posted. There were a lot of restrictions and the site we were on there were a lot of long standing tenants so I feel when they are all there the children would not be able to be “children”. Middle of nowhere.
