Great service from George and Jeff. Two very helpful and friendly people who are always happy to give excellent advice due to their vast experience in the caravan and motorhome industry. Servicing our caravan and fitting a solar panel, we were very pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommended by us and we will have no hesitation in going there again.

Do not take you motorhome or caravan here. It is run by an incompetent father and son team who are unprofessional and incapable. Took my van for a few jobs, including electric step hanging out. They couldn't even fix catch on cupboard or leaking tap. I had to ring them as they had it for over a week. When I rang to find out what was happening was told it needed a full rewire for a fuse in toilet. This I heard from the father shouting in background over phone. Took it Thursday only looked at it following Tuesday and I collected following Thursday. Asked them to remove step and was told would cost £30 for a five minute job. Thankfully they couldn't work out how it was fitted so drove 40 minutes home on country lanes with step hanging out no apology or anything. Luckily called Rac and they fixed step in fifteen minute so thank goodness they didn't touch it so much for it being electrical fault Got van home water everywhere, discarded fuses, lock on toilet broken and slide on toilet, loads of mess on roof so they must have been climbing on top of it. It's in a worse state than when it went. I've booked it in at a reliable firm who can fix everything no problem for a reasonable price. What a disgusting service. Its incredible that people like this are permitted to 'mess with' and I mean 'mess with' such expensive items. Please avoid, since taking it there I have spoken to two other people who had similar experience and just wish I had spoken to them before.

I have been using Leisuretech for about 10 years and have always been impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. There is not much that they don’t know about Motorhomes or how to look after customers.
I took my van in this morning for what I hoped would be a simple job of replacing a water pump, it turns out it wasn’t the pump and they needed more time to investigate the problem. I had intended to cycle the 8 miles back home, but as it was raining Jeff kindly offered to run me home in his car. The problem has now been diagnosed, a replacement part ordered and Jeff will come to my house to fit it. You cannot get better service than that.

Great service from George when I had my motorhome habitation check done recently. Very friendly and helpful and cheaper than most places I checked. I will definitely use again and can highly recommend. Well done guys.

Great company, really helpful and friendly. Bought a battery and some accessories for a very reasonable price. Cheaper than Halfords! Would definitely come here again.

Geoff at Leisure Tech has been really helpful. I’ve been a couple of times with last minute repairs, they’ve fixed the problems and taken time to talk through the diagnostic. Special mention for George who goes above and beyond to help, and get you the appointment. I had an issue last year and the first class service hasn’t faltered. I would 100% recommend for Caravan and Camper-van needs.

Rang these people about a problem with my satellite dish, gave me some advice over the phone and I managed to get to the receiver and changed the fuse.
Everything is working perfectly again.
