Found ourselves in Somerset in difficulties with car not providing power to tow a new caravan (to us) that we picked up Friday afternoon. No lights, brakes or indicaters working, although they had been when we left Wales. Discovered it was a car issue as another car attached to van made them work on Saturday morning. Trying to find someone to fix it over the weekend so we could take it back to Wales on Sunday or Monday at the latest was a challenge. Our Green Flag car repair service was called but although he tried his best he could not fix it, saying we needed an auto electrician to fix it and he didn't have one, Green Flag not willing to find us another person to fix car (so you can imagine we will be changing car cover shortly, following a complaint). We found Ray who lived in Yeovil and emailed him and he said that he could be with us by 8.30am Monday morning and he was. He was helpful, considerate and gave us lots of help in other small matters that we had found that weekend with our new caravan, as he also did caravan repairs etc. So all in all, he turned out to be our guardian angel. Would DEFINITELY recommend him.

Ray was excellent from the moment I contacted him. Prompt replies and date arranging for him to fit a motor move. Great communication all the way through and help and advise on picking the right mover for my caravan.
Very friendly and super time keeping arriving at time mentioned.
Upon arriving he gave us general advise and help which has made a difference already even a day after the help.

Contacted Ray to come and service our new to us caravan.
Really didn’t want to take it to a dealer to be done as I am very fussy with my caravan and didn’t want it parked up in a car park close to other vans and be damaged.
It was coming up to the end of the warranty and I want to be reassured that there was nothing needing doing before the warranty ran out!!!
Ray turned up at the agreed time at home and started straight away on the caravan. Very comprehensive service completed on the caravan with a full report of what he had done incl the brakes, chassis incl testing all the appliances and a gas certificate to say everything was safe.
When people skimp on this it amazes me, as for what Ray charged for being here the best part 5hrs it really is a small price to pay knowing that it is not only safe for us to use but also safe to be on the road with other road users!!! Keep up the good work and see you next year Ray!!!

Ray performed my caravan service (including gas) followed up with repairs, fitted my tow bar and has generally been a caravanning hero! Reliable, excellent standards of work, extensive knowledge and experience - I couldn't recommend more highly.

Ray willingly travelled some 40 miles to service my caravan, arriving promptly as arranged, & carried it out without fuss, & with all the spare parts needed to hand. Competetive price despite the distance. Totally satisfied. Also immediately responded to a neighbour with an urgent problem preventing travel ( Carol Rigsby ? ), solved in minutes.
