Needed our Dometic cooker and sink fixing.... Had nightmare time trying to get any customer service out of Dometic, difficult to get any sense out of many other places, but Linda got us booked in to get it looked at and dealt with all the complex warranty faff and Chris did a FANTASTIC job fixing it ink ow time at all! Genius mechanic skills identifying the problem and sorting it out in no time!

Really nice happy lot....had great time!

Hope not to have to, but if further things go wrong they will be top of my list to call!

I called Chris Evans with a water pump problem and a couple of niggling problems on the caravan.
The engineers Phil and Jacob were absolutely brilliant, very friendly and helpful they sorted out all my problems and more .
They completed all my problems and were very reasonable with their prices. I wish I'd found them before.
I will definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them to anybody.

On Holday for 2 weeks at Burford Caravan Park and found water pump was not working found Chris Evan's on the internet took the pump in a matter of minutes I think it was Phil sorted out the problem and now back at van with a very happy caravanner. I wanted to be a customer. But your company was unwilling to do works within your capabilities. And I didn't want to leave a message as I felt you didn't deserve the time.
However your Google rating is proving to be more Important than easy work turned away.
No price was ever mentioned.
So it came down to, in my opinion, the work not being worth your time.
That's how it has come across.

Great service, emergency fridge issue on our bessacarr motorhome. Very helpful and keen to help us . Job completed whist we had a cuppa in Witney , came back after a couple of hours and was on our way .

Had a problem with caravan gas oven while in the area. Chris and Linda offered some advice to fix the problem over the phone, which worked, and also avoided a call out charge, which they were keen to help me avoid. Fantastic service with great integrity.

After 6 months dealing with Linda and Chris, I can not recommend this place enough.
1-Linda does not need remainders of any type , if she says something , she will do it.
2- it is not just affordable, they will make you save money, items they order it is usually cheaper than on the internet. They are very honest , they don’t make profit out of item ordered
3- Chris have more than 20 years of experience and he looks for the more convenient option for your van /motorhome/ caravan.

Chris and Jacob offer exceptional service and are lovely with it! They carried out a habitation check for me at short notice (I had a buyer waiting) and fixed any problems they found as they went along. They also fitted a new leisure battery and I could not fault the price the charged.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and Linda always responds to messages in a timely manner.
I have no hesitation in recommending Chris Evans and will be using their services again on my next motorhome.
