I have used A & N Caravan Services twice in the past ten years and on each occasion the service has been fantastic. Martin Bushnell is 'The Man' when it comes to the workings of the Elektroblock. Besides repairing my old unit within 24 hours of receipt, and at a good price, Martin has also provided me with invaluable technical support and reassurance. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I had any other related problems. (Usual disclaimer: I am a paying satisfied customer with no other connection to A & N Caravan Services).

I have absolutely no hesitation in giving A & N and Martin Bushnell a 5 star review. From the first enquiry i made by email to the day i got my Elektroblock back, the service has been outstanding.
I had a problem with an elektroblok and Martin, after giving advice on what the problem might be and how to sort it out, figured the block had to be returned to be repaired.
I sent it over from Ireland, and within the week it was repaired and returned at a very reasonable cost.
The communications from start to finish with Martin was excellent and i would highly recommend to anyone with motorhome problems, to use this service.

Superb help with diagnosing the fault with my EBL99, quick turnaround with repair and kept informed of progress and fault (which was missed by AE), plus it cost almost £50 less than competitors.

I have now reinstalled the unit in our Motorhome and it is all working as it
should. My custom from now on will not be going anywhere else!!

Martin has been very helpful. We had an issue with our charger from our caravan. Posted it to Martin and he confirmed that a previous owner had cannibalised our unit and it was not repairable. He sourced a replacement unit for us. All works fine now. Great communication throughout. Thank you for all your help.
