Caravan Hospital

The company being under new management has made quite a difference. Our motorhome was repaired to a very high standard, they were efficient, kept me informed of timescale and where delightful to work with. Highly recommended.

We had quite an unusual request for the Caravan Hospital….. we needed an old horse trailer to be up cycled to allow us to use for transporting and selling fruit and veg. Although the Caravan Hospital do not normally do this kind of work, they totally embraced it, coming up with exciting ideas and suggestions. We were thrilled with the work they did for us, and the trailer looks fantastic, and has the practical additions we needed. Also, as we are small new business they ensured they stayed within our budget. Lovely to deal with such an excellent, professional and friendly team!

Honestly this team went above and beyond for me. They are all super friendly and willing to help. My job was not a very large one but honestly they couldn't have done more to make the experience as quick, easy and convenient as possible. Apparently the business is under new management, and I must say I think the whole team is doing a great job.

Replacing a bathroom sink tap on our swift challenger 2016 580GTS. The engineer was extremely helpful worked above and beyond requirements including after closing hours.

What outstanding service we received from The caravan hospital on Saturday 9th July. They were extremely helpful in repairing our caravan bathroom tap at short notice so we can go away on our holiday. Really friendly and helpful...would highly recommend.

Excellent service carried out to a very professional standard. Repair to a stress fracture in the fibreglass bodywork carried out under warranty.. Faultless repair carried out. Also carried out a very comprehensive secondary damp check (free) following high reading on the annual test. These reading all within acceptable limits. Cannot recommend this new management and team highly enough. Thank You Caravan Hospital. Will definately continue using again.

Leaking Ford Transit Custom, called them 9am, they said come straight over. Zak took a look and made a diagnosis but it was the pop-top and they don't touch those. Immediately referred me to a place in Barry (also awesome Camper Family Cymru) who found the issue (silicon on base of canvas going) and got it sorted. Home by lunchtime. Thanks for your honest and free appraisal Zak, and yes I have the heaters on full as I type this. Do let me know about the Habitation Check.

Attempted to get a price for the fitting of air con and a bike rack to a 1 year old Elddis. This company was the only firm that refused to quote unless I “brought them the van to them to look at” - it’s a standard Elddis 868???? What a backwards way of doing business. Just means I’ll go elsewhere. Clearly gone downhill since Ray has left.
