Horrible customer service. I ordered a 10L calorifier and it arrived damaged. The mounting bracket is broken. I contacted Heatso for a replacement bracket and was told they do not have any but these are "obtainable from any sort of a hardware store". Well, I have been unable to find one and Heatso cannot provide a link to one. So I asked for a replacement unit to be sent and they outright refused.

The package was delivered by FedEx and left without a signature (we were not home).

First, Heatso finally decided to reach out after reading this review. It should not take a bad review to ensure a damaged product is handled and corrected.

Second, this is a liquid-filled heater with 110V power designed to go into a vehicle. To say the mounting bracket is not integral to the function of this device is MADNESS. 110V, filled with water, in a moving vehicle!

Third, the only reason Heatso is sending a replacement strap (which they should have done right away) is this review, a complaint with Paypal, and a complaint directly with the manufacturer.

TLDR: Heatso customer service is still horrible. Go elsewhere if possible.

It is great that most of the bits and piece have been assembled in this kit. Still missing are a couple more hangers for the 1 inch intake and exhaust pipes, a means of attaching the third piece of exhaust pipe inline, some covering for the blue fuel line and rubber hose sized for the included additional fuel filter. It is nice to have some YouTube video to watch and how these individuals made it work. One didn’t get the extra exhaust and their exhaust pipe exited in the side door space, not so good. The next one got a longer pipe so the pipe cleared the door. My kit came with 3 pipes so the total length cleared the door but left me having to figure out one more connection. 2 clamps and a 3/4 inch copper pipe connector inside will be my fix. Might drill a small hole before the connection for condensation relief. 2 pipe hangers and a muffler hanger is a bit skimpy for hanging over 10 feet of piping with the muffler and the 1 foot exhaust end pipe needing a hanger and being so close. Leaving you with one hanger for the rest of the install. All wires under my Sprinter are cover in protective loom. I will cover all my fuel line and wire to the fuel pump in it, especially the fuel line passing over the exhaust system. The added fuel filter is great and I plan to install it (seems like in the video’s most did not because they didn’t have the fittings). I get that the installer should be responsible for all the tools and specific vehicle related parts. It seems like an effort has been made to assemble all the bits needed for the install. There are just a couple more bits that would make this perfect. Otherwise great job and fast shipping.

Was reluctant to order from UK as my last experience years ago with a purchase from France took many weeks, wasted countless hours, and was a really terrible experience. (These guys are in the UK but you can see the concern.)

Not so with these guys. Shipped 4/14, received 4/16 in the middle of nowhere, Colorado, US for $20. I can’t get something from Denver that fast at that price.

Oh, and it was a genuine part, perfect fit, and great price. Just a terrific experience. And if you’re ordering from the US and worried it will take a long time, it will astound you how fast it comes…

Very fast shipping and great website description that let me know I was ordering exactly the right item.

Received item in rural Australia in less than one week from the US and despite terrible exchange rate was still only just over half the price available in country. Even posted from Sydney or Melbourne takes longer than this delivery for overseas via FedEx.

Be aware, if you buy from Enland to EU-country, you'll have to declare it at the customs and pay VAT. This can add weeks and increase the price by sustantial extra costs and taxes. - HEATSO HAS SINCE REFUNDED THE AMOUNT OF PURHACE TO ME. This does not change the fact, that since the brexit, ordering from England has becone cumbersome and expensive.
