Very friendly staff, mechanics know what they are doing. Always willing to give some good advice and fit you somewhere in their busy schedule. On top of that they are still cheaper than other branded garages.
The only downside is lack of credit/debit card payments.

Okay, you may not get a glittering reception and a pastry with yer coffee. But, equally, you do get a PROPER mechanic who will problem solve and go beyond plugging in a laptop to the ECU....and saying 'Computer says "No", that'll be £80...' - all for fully 15mins 'work'. It's a little hidden away, maybe a little rough around the edges, but you get knowledgeable mechanics prepared to get stuck in and good work at very good rates. I'd take that over a pastry and a coffee every time!
