My gun safe had some issues and I tried several local locksmiths which all told me they cannot help me without damage it. Found Dave from Safe Cracker on internet, but unfortunately I am living in Nottingham which is way too far for them to help me. But I was wrong, Dave didn’t care about how far away I am or how much he can charge me. He just helped me with the problem without even hesitated. Maybe it was just a small and common for him, but it surly a big problem for me or my local locksmiths. His knowledge and professional was going without questions, but his kindness and trustworthy were the reasons I leave this comment. I will 100% recommend Dave to anyone has issue with their safe.

We’ve used Safecracker before and I called Dave over the holidays as we had a battery issue. He talked me through the problem and also what I needed to do. Problem resolved and he did not need to come out and no charge. True service. I would highly recommend Dave.

Dave's an absolute miracle worker. I somehow locked my antique safe without being able to open it again. After phoning around every locksmith I could find in Essex, the average quote I was given to fix the safe was around 200-400 pounds. I say 'fix', but most locksmiths stated that they'll likely have to 'drill' the lock out, rendering the safe unusable. Finally, I reached Dave- During the brief phone call, he asked me to send him a photo of the safe - Minutes later he'd ascertained the problem (from a simple photo of the front of the safe). He advised me how to fix it myself, and said if I can't he'll Facetime me through it, and failing that he'll come out himself. With his advice, it took me 2 minutes to open the safe. I can't speak more highly of Dave, nor be more grateful. Can't recommend more highly!

I messaged Dave at 7:30 PM he responded after 3 minutes and provided me the advice I needed to get into my safe. He then went above and beyond and sent me the link to a replacement lock so it never happens again. Top service thank you.

I called Peter as we could not get into our safe at work, he told me to take a picture and send it to him, I did this and within minutes he sent me through a guide on how to open the safe followed by a YouTube video, I watched the video and managed to open our safe. Peter was very professional on the phone and I was amazed at how quick he replied to me, very pleased with his professional service.. if I could give 10 stars I would.
