Excellent service. I wanted to book an appointment to have a Yale lock fitted. When I rang the Ipswich branch the phone was answered promptly and I made a booking for the same day in the afternoon. When I need a service I hate companies that never answer the phone but just switch on an answering machine. The engineer arrived early in the agreed time slot and did a perfect job.

Turned up at short notice, Sheldon fitted a mortise lock to my front door, very good job and even fixed my cylinder lock, polite and tidyed up afterward. Best price from 3 estimates. Many thanks

After struggling to find a replacement lock for my mailbox, I visited CPW Locksmith today and am delighted I did. The gentleman who served me could not have been more helpful - taking the time to examine my old lock and measure its dimensions with a set of vernier calipers to ensure a perfect match. Your attention to detail and customer service were simply brilliant. Thank you so much for your help.

Went to get 2 screws for a patio door handle, 2 minutes and I got them screws , he told me they are free as only 2 screws , I insisted to pay for it and said to don't worry!
Very rarely you find people like this who don't tear you off! He could charge me for it but chose to don't! Always brought locks from here,amazing service highly recommend!!

Phoned up CPW when I had a query about my lock. Sheldon took the time to take me through how the lock should work and saved me spending time and money fixing it, when it didn't need fixing. Appreciated their knowledge and honesty.

Changed the lock on my side gate, after much toing and froing by email which must have stretched Sheldon's patience! Very happy with the end result. Highly recommended.
