Safe Options Limited

I bought a fairly basic safe following an online search. Courier delivery was extremely prompt (effectively next working day). The safe was exactly what I expected and functioned perfectly. Unfortunately it was marred by the powder coating on the corner of the door flaking away revealing bare steel. I know these things are not works of art, and they are never prominently displayed, however this less than perfect finish did disappoint.
I contacted the company with photo's and got an immediate phone call in return apologising for the problem and advising that a replacement would be provided. These safes are of German manufacture and Quality Control is not normally an issue I was advised.
A courier arrived to collect the original. Another courier delivered the replacement - which is perfect in every way.
What a brilliant company to deal with. I can highly recommend them.

We ordered a safe from Safe options and the original order was not in stock however we were contacted and a replacement was sent at no extra cost to us. I recently bought a key safe, and finding the instructions too small to read easily Googled Keysecure KSC2K, and up came Safe Options Limited, with a number to ring for help. Robert Phillips, of customer service, not only contacted the manufacturer on my behalf, but also emailed another copy of the instructions, with an offer to print them out and post them to me. Although, I was duly grateful these still weren't clear so somehow he contrived to improve them, sending me a better version. And I hadn't even purchased the key safe from this firm. How's that for service. Excellent!

Safe Options hold a very good range of security products and they offered some very good advice over the phone when I was choosing a Key Safe. When installing the safe I sheared a mounting screw as I didn't drill the hole deep enough and Safe Options posted me a spare pack of fixings out the day I called them. Reasuring to know they are there for support should I need their assistance in the future.
