Best coffee I've had in Cheltenham so far and by far the best cookie I’ve ever eaten.... Chewy, gooey, chocolatey deliciousness! Staff were really friendly too.

Nice airy design. Ground floor is good for people with disabilities. However, many people will struggle with the steep flight of stairs to unisex toilets. Lots of unused space upstairs where they could be separate toilets for men and women.
Do wish we had china cups and saucers and no single use plastic lids for hot drinks.
I've been a Pret customer since they first opened. I therefore know how innovative they are si I am disappointed that they are not doing enough recycling. Why are teabags synthetic? They should be 100% biodegradable.
Otherwise I'd give 5 out of 5.

I have just received my order through Deliveroo & it’s Absolutely phenomenal! Superb quality of food & of a high standard. Looks just like the picture in the menu! Tastes exceptional! Really has made my day, I also ordered 2 organic chocolate milkshakes & I must say that it was the BEST milkshake i have ever had! HIGHLY recommend!

Really lovely pret. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The store is very clean and there are staff who are constantly cleaning all the surfaces and tables are cleaned quickly after use.
Good social distancing measures are in place here.
Love how open the space is. Toilets are also clean.
Drinks are really nice. The barista made me a perfect vanilla latte!

Lovely experience, a change of coffee shop for us, we really enjoyed it. Nice staff, atmosphere and service.

Customer care is none existence, not friendly at all. Food was ok but only had a pan au raisin. And tea in a take away cup.
