Next time someone asks for the gloves to be changed... CHANGE THEM, DONT ARGUE! She asked if she had too! Attitude of the service staff behind they counter is disgusting. I'm vegiterian and I watched her use the same gloves for 3 sandwiches. Think of dietary requirements and allergies. Sandwiches are not buch better than the service either.

Polite helpful staff, quick service, had to be asked to change gloves to do Veggie sub bit did offer cheese on non-meat side of serving counter. Lots of close places to sit and wide enough aisles to be fully accessible. Cold water available for topping up water bottles.

Subway is within the services area and was as expected with respect to available menu options well. Inexpensive sandwiches and meals compared to others

Service was slightly slow but fine.

Seating inside the services is a bit limited but is available

On my travels I had a pit stop at Fleet services! I was delighted to see that there was a Subway. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who I believed was named Jack. He was very polite and was very patient with me when I struggled to make a decision with my sandwich 😆. Overall great experience!

Cannot believe the disgusting service here!!
My husband and I decided to have some subway, we normally go with the TLC sub. Firstly, whenever we go subway, we always see the staff changing their gloves but this person whom served us didn't bother changing his gloves. Being vegetarian or even vegans, it seems to be they didn't really care and to those whose allergic, do not come here!
When we raised the glove question, in return the guy said "oh we don't change it, it's just easier for us" we said this is a standard procedure to change their gloves for every customer otherwise you defeat the purpose of veganism and he just shrugged and carried on. He did change his gloves but that's after when we questioned him.
They don't make your subs probably either, they forget to add cheese in nachos and even forget to toast the nachos! They even charged me on an item I didn't even order!
I mean, this complaint is going towards the head office so those ignorant staff working there... they better watch out.

just ordered a subway and cookies. got no cookies and my subway is freezing cold. tried calling them and got no answer. do not recommend

Absolutely disgusting customer service. First time at Subway so unaware of what you could order. The young girl screamed the answers after being asked to repeat. We could not hear due to the noise and she was wearing a mask. Several questions we asked regarding the order, several times she screamed the answer. Totally humiliating, rude and uncalled for. I would like to locate a phone number to take this further. Pay good money at these rip off motorway service stations.
