Subway Harvey Centre

Have visited a few times and there is normally only one staff member and if they're not low on bread of all things, the coke machine is knackered. Having said that, the staff are always friendly and apologetic. When they do have bread in the service is great and the food is tasty. Love it

Consistently good service, decent quality food at a reasonable price. Staff attitude leaves much to be desired, but there are rarely any mistakes, and any mistakes are swiftly rectified.
The range of options varies from location to location, and Subways in Norwich and Great Yarmouth don't offer asanu add-ons as the shops in London, but this doesn't impact on the diversity of sandwiches that could be created.
We have yet to see a vegan cheese option introduced, within the "cheese and toasted" segment of the sandwich building, however the nutritional information provided is suitably in-depth and extensive, that you shouldn't need to worry about not knowing whether an item contains a certain offending ingredient.
All in all, this is an accessible and convenient place to eat, so long as you know what you want to get. Will be visiting again.

Food was good. Not very clean, bin was totally full. Staff were doing what they could but wasn't enough of them. Did someone call in sick or will owners just not hire more staff? Card machine wasn't working so had to pay cash. Not ideal when dealing with covid.

Ordered twice. Both times late, cold and missing items. Called up to have the lovely girl say ‘nothing we can do about that now’. Definitely just go to the other one close by 👍🏼

I have very picky dietary requirements and Jay and his staff are always accommodating. Polite staff, fast service and very reasonable in price.

Keep up the good work Jay and the team.

Order cooked then sat on side for ages before being asked what sauce salad etc, bun was soft and not toasted very well and not very hot

Amazing staff. Very understanding when I told the man behind the counter my youngest wasn't allowed dairy!
