Oh my god what slow service! And not even busy
True what others have said same gloves on all the time for making sandwiches then taking money with them still on and repeat 😱

I use this subway often as its nice and easy to get to and has parking unlike the ones in town. The staff are very polite and usually don’t have to wait long to be served. Can’t go wrong if you have a subway card too it soon mounts up to a free subway every now and then. Photos taken on a Saturday lunch time.

Great staff very helpful but awfully slow and very understaffed. Normally 1 person doing the full queues orders while 2-3 are doing online or pick up orders.

Popped into this Subway.. ordered two meal deals.. they were incredibly busy and had clearly just deal with a rush of students at lunch.. but they were doing their upmost to serve the queue quickly despite looking understaffed.. good service overall.

I never leave reviews, but this one warranted it. One gentleman employee didn't change his gloves for a long time, and he was preparing many different sandwiches, was in and out of the kitchen, touching everything, the cash register, food, desserts, changing bottles, etc, all with the same gloves. Lots of cross-contamination. What if any of us had allergies to any of the food as well? The lady employee next to him however did change them between orders. I was planning to even ask him to change his gloves if I got him, but then I got the lady to start, and then he took over and it was too late to ask. Also after doing my sandwich he grabbed cookies (without tongs) and almost threw the cookies/sandwich at me and left me to pay and leave without a word. Not happy with this service at all, put me off eating the meal.

This subways is in the perfect location. Food here is always good and is made while following covid regulations. While the queue can be very long, caused by understaffing, this is made up for by the clean seating available along the queue. This subway will most definitely need more staff to further improve the experience.

Absolutely shocking service. Came in to an empty store a good 2 hours before closing, to no staff visible and terrible rap music blaring from the back kitchen. Stood for a good 5 minutes, calling out to get served before leaving the store completely.

Terrible and disgusting service, there was only one staff member (heavily tattooed and with nose piercing) who refused to turn on the toaster for the sandwich because he was about to close, even though i came at 6:15 which is 45 minutes before closing time, when he was making my cold sub, he was adjusting his nose piercing. Never coming back.
