Bought a salad, the guy serving (darker green shirt in the picture) put 3 spinach leaves in. I asked where the rest where and he said that was extra. I asked him if he owned the store and he replied no and that he was only an employee. I then replied why was he being so stingy?

I have purchased subway salads all over the world and this was by far the smallest.

Rude incompetent staff. Shouting around in their own language, smelly too (genuinely), my girlfriend refused to even eat her sandwich after member of staff passed her and she had smell his aroma.. Mess on the tables despite the store not being busy.. a very beautiful pctirure to sum up.. won't be coming back but asked local council to check the hygiene.. I hope they close them.

This is not my local and went to this Subway for the first time. I wanted to claim my rewards I accumulated but it seems that 200points can be claimed only against hash browns and nachos in this store, whilst the app clearly specified any side or snack. I had already ordered 6 nacho bites and apparently, on 2nd thought by the rude manager, 4 nacho bites were now included in the rewards app. The rude manager fiddled with my hot food with bare hands and removed 2 nacho bites from it! The server was wearing gloves and he didn't care! I didn't mind then. I tried to place another order with my rewards , now for the nachos, but the rude manager refused to serve and told me that any other store would never let me use my reward again. In which dirty world he lives in. And a message to SUBWAY, I accumulated my rewards through purchases from SUBWAY!!! when it is time for me to claim my rewards, you dare to allow your customers to be embarrassed and upset.

After my bad experience, i was reading through reviews I spotted Gareth Tomlinson's picture and description of the same guy that had absolute zero knowledge of how the rewards condition work and also fiddled with my hot food with bare hands and no gloves at all. Subway is deaf ear of these reviews or what.

The ones who’re working please go offline in uber and other platforms because of you we have to come to store and go back to other place. It’s totally disappointing when we see the store is closed.

This store and the one in 233 Finchley Rd don't accept my subcard points which have been earned validly through buying subs. Staff had extremely poor attitude towards me when rejecting my usage of points, said the store needs to run business so points not allowed?! what the...?!

Went here while waiting for my coach, Extremely Poor service. When you first enter you have to scream for somebody to come from the back to get some service. Then I ordered cookies which where half broken and rock-hard. I also ordered a hot chocolate in which I was told to stir it myself!!!!. As well as this they make you feel unwelcome, are slow in service and just ruin the usual experience you would have at Subway. Even the hot chocolate he didn't add milk to it, even though they usually do. I don't intend coming here again and to be honest, it's actually put me off subway.
