Love them for their healthy options and reasonable price if you take out. Had the vegan hummus and curry wrap today. Definitely recommended

The staff, food and iced drinks are great, but the store really smells bad. I don’t know who to tell other than the barista, I beg you to fix this. It’s been a week 🤢

A good Pret A Manger. It has excellent location, as it is located off the main street of the Oxford Street. The place is excellent, it doesn’t have huge crowds, but it is still located very close to the Oxford Street.

Food is decent, but ambiance is excellent. Price is what you expect.

Mustafizur is a very nice guy he was smiling at me and gave me a cappuccino on the house which made my day, great service, will definitely come back. Keep up the good work. 😊

Extremely rude manager/supervisor!!!

Very rude staff especially the manager/supervisor (called Rafal) who simply can not handle a very simple question.Period!!!
He has so much anger and disrespect towards the clients.Other people find him rude too.Very unhelpful. Spending a lot of time on his mobile whilst working, and yes; he has an attitude!!! Felt so humiliated by him.
Pret should focus more on whom they promote for such positions, because clearly I do not wish to be served by people like him.

Very unkind personel. The toilet were not avaliable 20 min before the closing time.

They opened half an hour later than it said on the door. They sent us away.
The sullen, unsmiling long haired gentleman served us. The porridge was gluey when usually at every other Pret it's gorgeous. The filter coffee was actually the worst. Very weak, horrible, again, usually it's great elsewhere.
Not a great Pret at all.
