It's subway! You know what to expect.

Staff member serving me was good. Used gloves and following hygiene procedures.

Plenty of fillings! Swift service.

Shabbily dressed staff, shoddy service at 284A Station Rd, Harrow, HA1 2EA.

On Sunday, 28th August, at 21:28 hrs when my family of 4 entered this Subway outlet, an Indian staff barked at us "TAKEAWAY ONLY"!

We were shocked beyond words. I asked him what time they close and he again barked "At 10:00 pm, NOW WE ARE ONLY SERVING TAKEAWAYS"!

I was taken aback at this rude behaviour. That guy had a filthy appearance and looked uninterested and frustrated.
As if he was only here for his salary and not to serve customers.

Moreover, the website clearly mentions the timings as 08:30 to 22:30 hrs.

Subway is my favourite but this particular outlet let me down. I really pity the franchisee of this particular outlet thinking how many customers the franchisee must be losing because of this pathetic and unkempt staff.

But it's never too late; it's time to teach this unprofessional staff some customer service and basic hygiene or get somebody else who really loves doing what he has been hired to do, and not be here simply for his wages.

It was not wrapped probably so as soon as I opened it everything started falling out of the bread. The sandwich was not toasted and was cold like it had been in the fridge. I didn’t have any special requirements so I don’t understand why it was not toasted.

VILE. 4 hairs in our sandwich, called them up to tell them and they hung up! Started saying we’re liars. Threw up as the hair was pulled out of my mouth. We have 4 photos and have reported it.

Absolutely disgusting Subway. The staff do not have any hygiene at all! Saw one of them picking his nose and then get back to handling food, no washing hands, no gloves. Just walked right out.

Nice experience, particularly staff. Server rishabh help me out in choices. Overall good experience.

The gus who are working there talking very badly , behavior very badly and also customers service not very well about 1 hour i waiting there

Hands down the best subway I've been too. Excellent and speedy service and spectacular quality of food
