The person who served me had two sandwich done at the same time (including mine) and on the counter when I paid and left she handed me the wrong one. Now I'm at home with the wrong sandwich that I started eating (noticed after starting eating) that sandwich was my treat of the day and when I called the store they said they'll talk to the person who served me and they want this sandwich back so they can give me another one, but i don't have time to go back (i live 30min walk from there) so I am just gonna eat this one while being very upset and writing this review.

Subway wood green shopping centre, slow service, during lunch hour only one staff and he was finding it hard to handle and his speed was slow. I have no idea why every subway staff count the salads, sauce and the meat pieces,

They said they didn't participate in the voucher scheme but the list online had this branch and they didn't scan my app when I asked them too. The staff just seemed so non chalant. Definitely last time for me here

the women serving me and friend was very rude and she just dashed my food at me and kissed her teeth and when we asked for a meal she said it was too late like wth????? sorry but i’m not having it !!!! get some new workers please

I’ve just had my worst Subway ever. Usually I wait till the end of the day when I get a bit of time to myself to write a review, but this experience was so bad that I had to write the review while the one star feeling is still fresh.

I’ve never been a big fan of subway, but recently I found my way of enjoying a sub. It had to be very specific otherwise it would just be an average meal for me.

I ordered the Italian BMT, and the lady that served me half heartedly made the sub before putting it in their toaster. There was so much bread not covered by the fillings. Then they ran out of lettuce by the time I my sub came out the toaster. It was the busiest time of the day (lunch time) and they ran out of the first thing people go for in a healthy meal. When I asked for it (expecting them to bring some out from the back) the lady turned to her colleague and told her to get it from tescos to top it up, and only sprinkled 2 or 3 pieces of lettuce and told me they ran out. I had to make do with other things to replicate the crunch of lettuce (hoping it would do it justice) which was a terrible mistake on my behalf. Then they didn’t have the crisp or drink that I like, so my whole order was messed up. She was quick to charge me full price for their issues, and also tried to charge me for a carrier bag (when I didn’t ask for one) after I witnessed her not charging the last 2 customers for a carrier bag. I don’t know if she disliked me for any reason. I could easily pull the race card but I won’t scoop down to her level. That service was enough for me to avoid that branch, just incase she might be working a shift there. I’m really disappointed.

Today was the second time in a row I have been overcharged here. This time the girl there, who is always unfriendly, told me that it was my fault she prepared the wrong sandwich and that I should have been checking that she was adding the right meat?! Here's two tips for free - Tip 1: if you have both a "turkey and ham" and a "turkey ham" option, listen carefully to what the customer orders. Tip 2: Don't blame the customer for your error and patronisingly tell them what they should do next time.

Initially refused to charge me for what I actually ordered too, and then deducted the wrong amount. She should find another career I think.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. One person sometimes serves 5-6 customers in one go on their own. Which is not fair on the staff member and creates bad subs. Their card machine never works during busy periods for some odd reason. It’s as if someone doesn’t want to fix it in the staff so they don’t serve customers. As 90% of the people use card to pay in this time and age.

If your use to subway, I don’t recommend this one. The quality of the service is poor for number of reasons. Firstly, during lunch hours there is only one or two types of bread out of the 6 choices. You can never get more than two types of bread from the original 6. Not even 4 types. Another reason is due to inadequate staffing. The company tries to save money by placing work experience students who are teenagers making peoples sandwiches. They make mistakes, so the workers are too busy correcting their mistakes. This leaves an unpleasant experience for the customer. Just cross your fingers and hope your sandwich turns out to be good in the end when the teenagers are there.

HORRIBLE FOOD! Tasted old, not fresh and it was almost cold despite the fast delivery. Tuna melt's bread was not even toasted. Chicken bites were hard and could't eat them. Nachos were messy, and looked burnt but were soggy and cheese was not even melted. Hash Browns were cold, tasted old like they were cooked yesterday and reheated. The texture was awful.
