Subway

Very nice little subway located right next to bus stop and very clean aswell as some in London where I love are very questionable.
Found it very convenient that there is also a customer toilet available as you don't see this in many subways across the country for some reason.
Staff were very friendly and was very efficient not forgetting the mention it was very clean and a descent sized seating area even though it's not the biggest of shop s.
The only reason I didn't give this establishment a 5* is because they did not stock any salad bowls and they had run out of quite a few items I regularly purchase when I am in subway.

Went in Subway today in Haywards Heath, asked for the £5.60 meal deal meat ball sandwich, the server said that wasn't available for the meatball sandwich. There was an advert for it right above, so I asked if the advert is out of date. She then got all upset asking her colleague to come deal with me, they started arguing like two little schoolgirls which one should serve me, I said no need will go somewhere else, thank you! Definitely loss of money and clientele with those two!!!

Only person in the queue yet waited 15 minutes for a half empty sub because internet orders seem to take priority? To be fair only one member of staff having to deal with everything. Never again.

Ordered a sandwich which was poorly assembled and poorly wrapped up most of the ingredients where outside of the bread…

Don't order from deliveroo or uber if you wan't a subway. They don't make it the way you request it. Food is ALWAYS cold on arrival.

Honestly the worst subway in the south east.

They are promoting plant based items when there's barely ever anything vegan available to actually order. If ordering takeaway, food arrives cold and half of the order is most of the time wrong. Worst Subway branch I've used.

Not tasty at all. They really have to work their service especially their staff.

Lady was friendly and clearly rushed for time as she was dealing with online and in person customers all alone simultaneously. Got great service and didn't mind waiting the extra minute or two as I wasn't in a rush but could've been an issue if I wasn't able to wait around.
