Over the last few months every time I have been in to get a veggie patty sub they haven't had any..... this is about 6 times at least this has happened ... The first couple of times you give the benefit of the understanding then every time after its just disappointing.and frustrating... As a vegetarian I don't get many options for takeaway and well quite frankly you don't get that option in the Watton shop and I don't feel the staff gave a hoot !!! Disgusted and have given up trying now

Staff are rude and disinterested, I know you cannot expect five-star service at a Subway but a little charisma and a thank you would be a start. I actually drive an additional 8 miles to visit the store in Dereham, much better service and rarely do they not have ‘essential’ items such as eggs and hash browns at breakfast!!?

Usually happy with this venue but think Caroline needs to work on her customer service. I came in with my newborn after doing my first walk out with him and thought I'd celebrate with a subway. Not even a hello or what can I get for you, after saying "there wasnt enough for the mega meat" (she didnt specify which meat was lacking) I asked if there was still the option of a meatball marinara she replied "well that's what in the mega meat" with a pure look of disgust and continued to be extremely grumpy. I've worked in customer service, I've been in bad mood and snapped once or twice. But that's at rude customers, I was in a good mood and being polite, even after she was rude. Definately ruined my treat for my first walk with my boy 😔 If I see her in again I shall be walking straight out.

It mediocre at best, most of the time the options for the most common subs aren't available, many issues with machinery 'out of service', can see staff busy talking to each other in kitchen area or on phones texting when there's a queue of people waiting.

Toaster broken for a month! Serving only cold sandwiches. How convenient.. Nobody there seems to care. Ridiculous!

lunchtime visit to order for everyone in the office. Didn't see if we could have preordered to save time. Bread very fresh.
