Subway

Doesn't even deserve one star. Most horrible and rude staff. Clearly the staff has no sense of talking, including the manager. They charge extra for putting one layer of cheese which other subways provide complimentary. The manager won't listen back and has very arrogant replies. And they don't have all ingredients with them too. Very horrible staff and place.

Online shows you're open 24hrs. Just arrived 6.30pm on Saturday and you're closed. Now I have to go back out, find a subway and then return to the hospital. Waste of time, as an absolute minimal you should keep the Google listing upto date

Please don’t order chicken nacho and potatoes wickle trickle chip. They don’t deep fry it just flush in oven and give it to u. And the person name Indian or pakistan guy name Hub he is so rude. He shows as if he is Michelin star resturant chef. In the picture it shows nice and crisp but he just flushed in oven and gave not crispy and horrible taste. Pls don’t go there and horrible service by him and Nepali girl. He said take it or get lost

Just got some tea from subway didn't think they had any tea or coffee, amazing

Ordered my usual chicken teriyaki but unfortunately they didn't have any toppings that I usually have. So had to do with sauces and herbs..and no discount..shamefull🤬

Can’t believe it amazing service by the team At Northwick Park hospital the fella with the platz n the banner round his head give us loads of toppings think all staff should do this I’ve been to loads and the staff seem to save a lot of chicken for the day so you don’t get a lot in ur footlong however this store is good 👍🏼 keep up ur good work
Amazing team

Had a chicken tikka sandwich as limited to what we were allowed due to time left open. Service was fine. Find subway over priced but was limited to what we could eat at the time so had no chice

Disappointing service... the lady behind the counter serving me forgot to change her gloves until halfway through when i pointed it out to her! She was being very minimalistic with the ingredients, as if they were trained not to use too much. Did not smile. Wasn't chatty.

Not a great experience on this occasion. Might as get go next door and get a proper coffee at the same time.
