Tubby blonde manager rude. Asked for a tuna sub and some tuna slipped into the pork tub and they didn’t clean the utensils instead they carried on making my sandwich then wondered why I walked out. No apology or anything, avoid.

I don't use delivery services as they are rubbish. Nowadays I go get the food myself very retro. The staff were helpful and made orders in front of me so it was all correct. Can't go wrong with a subway. Bit hot in store which was no big deal for me but imagine it's a nightmare for staff when it's hot outside.

I ordered 2 chicken teriyaki from Uber eats. Unfortunately uber eats didn’t update they don’t do chicken teriyaki anymore. And the sandwich we got was just the plain normal chicken and small bread without adding any sorts of vegetables or sauces. Soo disappointing and so unprofessional!!!!!

The best tasting meatballs marinara we've tasted in any Subway (and we've been to more than a few) . In fact it was so good we came back for more the very next day.

Staff were friendly and patient.

Although on some occasions the QR code scanner were broken, the staff were apologetic about it which I appreciated, but can add the Subway points online 24 hours after you ordered which was ok.

Ordering in person takes a few minutes.

Subway tasted yummy so can't complain.

I Ordered three rolls, two of which were vegan. I asked for vegan mayo and the server proceeded to put 'mayo lite' all over one roll. I asked if it was vegan and he said 'well you should know better than me'. I looked down and saw a bottle labelled 'garlic vegan mayo' and told him that was the vegan one, not the one he had poured all over the roll. He said he'd scrape it out but I told him I had a dairy allergy and needed one with vegan mayo instead. I was charged £5 for the roll he messed up as well as having to pay for all of the other rolls! He said his manager agreed to give me £1 off the price for the mistake. I usually use Subway a lot but I won't be returning after this. Customer service skills are seriously lacking

Made an order for collection, store was closed before actual closing time so i would recommend going there half an hour before closing. I've contacted the manager numerous times who has yet to respond after a month. Best bet is not to take any risks order at store.

I ordered a sub through Just Eat from here and specified that I want extra olives and extra onion. Minimal onions and NO OLIVES. Nachos were stale and the sauce was glooped in the middle, making all the Doritos that weren't stale, soggy. Customer service in existent.
