Subway

I had my first meatless marinara here today, it was so lovely. I wished I ordered a 12" instead of a 6" afterwards. I had it along with a Latte coffee. The restaurant itself is very small, like half a shop size & is a little tight inside. It has no toilet & is not really a good place for wheelchair users. Staff were really efficient in the preparation of the food.

Always clean, fresh ingredients and friendly staff.

Ordered here via UberEATS and I'm disgusted!!!
They didn't cook the hashbrowns, they came stone cold and rock hard!
And they didn't give me what I actually ordered regarding the actual sub.
Neither did they give the condiment that was supposed to come with the hashbrowns! I spent £12.96 on something I couldn't even eat whatsoever!

I'm absolutely fuming as I hadn't eaten all day! It's like they threw it all together slapdash just before they closed. No receipt attached to the bag either but it's fine because I will be paying them a visit tomorrow to get what I paid for!

I get home from a long day at work, I’m sure they can appreciate that considering you’re still stuck there, I ordered a nice toasted chicken tikka sub with cheese, lots of salad and sauce but apparently they cba so they chucked chicken tikka and cheese in some plain bread and said voila, nice etiquette, real good job guys, well done, I didn’t think it would be that hard to at least put some sauce and some salad in there or even Chuck it in a toaster but apparently so, I only just about managed to do your job for you, I should be getting your wages, ta

Arrived at 10:45pm

This Subway clearly states it closes at 11pm on this day.

The person working refused to serve me and said "Sorry brother. Closed."

I left but felt very disappointed. 15 minutes left on store open time and I'd have taken the food to go if requested.

Customers should not be turned away 15 minutes before close time. It doesnt take long to make a sub.

I don’t think I’ve ever met a more disorganised team. When you are the key customer and it takes 15 mins to make a sandwich on your way to work, there is a problem. I won’t be going back to this store.

Nice lovely place with friendly atmosphere. I wish there were more options of halal food.

As far as Subway locations go I was pleased with this one - especially late at night coming back to Ealing with the tube
