Subway

Me and my partner visited this place today 26th/02 at approx 2:30 only to have to leave without a meal because the poor girl serving was overwhelmed with online orders I guess as no-one was in the there ,whilst her colleague at this time was standing outside smoking. Management needs to attend to this issue.

No butter. Not in subway. Had tuna mayonnaise, a drink and a cookie and was almost £10.
Absolutely ridiculous fail Subway. Never again.

Who doesn't like a good subway? they had run out of BBQ source when I went in last week, but everything else was perfect! :)

DON’T use the app!!! Even though I select the branch I want to collect it from it sends it to the location closest to my home address (I.T. Doing it’s job well as usual)!!! So you turn up the branch you selected and it’s not there. They apologised but won’t make your order you have to go to the branch it’s at. Obviously it’s paid for already so no choice but to drive 10 miles to the wrong branch. Now I’m sitting here eating what’s meant to be a toasted roll but it’s like eating a wet sponge. Mmmmm, NOT. Waste of £30. Never again SH1TWAY

Good food as always 😜 and nice people serving us👍 update. Unfortunately due to my health,I can. O longer eat from this establishment. But I will not stop my family going there as they are always welcoming and happy to help 🙂

Two of the staff members made me and my family feel so uncomfortable, our youngest daughter (16) was ordering and she ended up in tears, we had to go straight to the car

This is by far the best Subway that I have ever been to. The staff members are always by far the nicest and most helpful and the food is a lot better quality than other Subway’s.
I have a gluten intolerance and the staff here are very helpful and always take extra care when preparing my sub or salad.
Great demonstration of customer service and always happy to help. I would definitely recommend coming to this Subway if in Crawley and hunting a sub!

As usual Subway quality food is fresh and tastes amazing however we won't be returning to this particular branch. The lady behind the counter that made our sandwiches was very unhelpful and rude. If you like Poor customer service , short tempered staff with an attitude that can't wait to find the opportunity to talk amongst them selves then this is the place to go.
